There are lots of websites out there that can help you to incorporate video into your lessons (e.g. YouTube, TeacherTube, BrainPop) but not many of them offer teachers guiding questions to accompany those videos. Snag Learning also breaks down their documentaries by grade level and content area. Head over to their website today and check out what's available.
