Khan Academy
I'm not sure how I missed this...Khan Academy is a web based library of video learning tutorials covering over 81 million classroom lessons (K-12). You absolutely have to check this out! Check out the example below:
Now What?
The idea behind the Khan Academy is to have students do the learning outside of the classroom and then advance their understanding the next day in class. You can follow in Salman Khan's utopian thinking or you can have students watch the videos as a review or a preview to a lesson. Check out his Ted Talk to learn more about his thought process.
