E-Mail Template in Microsoft Outlook

Teachers are always looking for ways to save time in their daily routine which leaves more time for personal interests other school related tasks.  With that in mind I have recently been working with special education teachers and guidance staff to create a web based form which would provide them with information about students for upcoming meetings.  The old school paper and pen method was not working so well...especially when it was time to collect the data.  The form is very straightforward but has been working really well.  The one question teachers have is how do I send this to staff?  There must be a better way than having to open the form online, copy the URL, open a new e-mail, paste the URL and compose the message.  There is.  Watch below:
